1. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
2. Payments
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live.
- Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in work being paused.
3. Timeline & Revisions
- First draft delivered within 3–4 working days of receiving deposit and content.
- Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price.
- Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
- Delays caused by late content from the client may affect the timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
- You own the completed website once final payment is received.
- NearbyWebs may display your project in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
- Third-party plugins or themes remain subject to their own licences.
5. Cancellations
- If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel before work starts, a full deposit refund will be issued.
6. Liability
NearbyWebs is not liable for loss of business or income, hosting downtime, security breaches after handover, or errors in content supplied by the client. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
7. Privacy & Data
Your details are used solely to handle your enquiry and deliver your project. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
